Dear sad child,

I'm writing this too you because I though you needed to know how to bake cookies. Some good information you need to know the right temperature and the right time to bake them. The right temperature is 350*F and 8 to 12 minutes. When you first put your cookie dough in the oven they are flat and while its baking the cookie changes its form by getting fatter. When you put the cookie dough on its pan into the hot oven, the heat from he oven will heat up the pan and that's how the back of the cookie gets brown. The thermal energy transferred is inversely proportional to the square distance. But the small is decrease in the distance causes large increase through the heat transfer to the dough pieces. The differences in the temperature between the dough pieces and the radiating surface.
